Chris's Hobbies

This site serves as a sort of living documentation of my hobbies. It lets me track my inventory of consumables, tools, learning material, and resulting, er, things from the various hobbies that I enjoy.

This is more or less a live notebook that I update with my goings on, to be able to look back on later. I try to keep it somewhat organized, but, in the end, it's a dump of my brain, and as such might have issues translating to yours! Feel free to hit me up on social media (links in the footer) if you have any questions, factual corrections, or just wanna talk!

Nothing on this site should be taken as an endorsement of a specific way of approaching hobbies. The way I cut wood, knit a scarf, or wire a radio is just that: the way I do it. You do you, boo.

This site is created with a tool called MkDocs. While it is meant as a tool for managing technical documentation, it happens to make a great static website builder. I documented the process of building and deploying this site on my blog.
